Development of a three bedroom with study, double story house, featuring hardwood spotted gum stairs and floor, closed decking, outdoor spa, ceiling height tiles in all bathrooms, two pack kitchen, glass splashback, 40mm granite bench top, double shower and top of the range light fittings.

Development of four townhouses with reverse living, 3 bedrooms per unit, one bathroom and powder room. It comprises 20mm caesar stone around bamboo flooring, double size shower, down lights throughout and open balcony.

Development of a dual occupancy- this double story townhouse comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one powder room. It also comprises of a large decking with merbau timber privacy screen and paved backyard.
