Development of four townhouses with reverse living, 3 bedrooms per unit, one bathroom and powder room. It comprises 20mm caesar stone around bamboo flooring, double size shower, down lights throughout and open balcony.

Two double story unit development. Downstairs with lounge, spacious open plan dining/kitchen with gas appliances and dishwasher. Bedroom with WIR, two way entrance bathroom/toilet. Upstairs master bedroom with WIR & ensuite. Easy maintained garden, ducted heating and cooling.

Development of a three bedroom with study, double story house, featuring hardwood spotted gum stairs and floor, closed decking, outdoor spa, ceiling height tiles in all bathrooms, two pack kitchen, glass splashback, 40mm granite bench top, double shower and top of the range light fittings.
