This five townhouse development features large open plan spaces including kitchen, meals, living area & family room with 2 to 3 bedrooms with built-ins including a master bedroom with walk-in robe. The townhouses feature cantilevered roofs, and facades bearing materials including brick, weatherboard, stacked stone, render and bricks to create an immediate visual impact.

Development of a dual occupancy- this double story townhouse comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one powder room. It also comprises of a large decking with merbau timber privacy screen and paved backyard.
